Acumine OreCheck™

Overview

Introduction

OreCheck&trade

AcuMine's OreCheck™ offers cost-effective protection for valuable ore pass infrastructure.

OreCheck™ provides real-time feedback on the level of ore in a pass, with reliability and accuracy surpassing all other instruments on the market.

OreCheck&trade

OreCheck™ operates continuously, even as rock is fed into the pass, unlike methods which rely on contact with the ore.

OreCheck™ is not affected by air currents, temperature variations or dust which can cause havoc to ultrasonic-reliant techniques. And unlike laser-based tools, OreCheck™ works reliably in dusty environments (even when the tool itself is thickly coated with dust).

AcuMine's OreCheck™ achieves remarkable accuracy, thanks to its millimetre wave radar technology. The radar beam width is perfectly sized for a narrow ore pass (without reflection from the wall), yet the unit itself is surprisingly small.

Benefits of OreCheck™

  • 350m-plus range
  • highly accurate
  • measures through a grizzly
  • operates in hostile environments (extreme dust, moisture and fog)
  • continuous real-time monitoring
  • easily installed
  • reliable, proven components
  • can be integrated into the mine management system
