ACASS Succesful Demonstration in Andina

Acumine has succesfully demonstrated the ACASS collision avoidance system at the Codelco mine Andina in Chile. The new Komatsu 930 Haul Trucks, light vehicles and other resources were retrofitted with ACASS and has been operating under extreme temperatures.

Acumine ACASS in Anglo Ashanti

Acumine has deployed the first stage of ACASS at the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine (SDGM) of Anglo Ashanti in Western Australia. The extension of ACASS to a larger number of resources is expected to be completed by November 2009.

AcuMine's product range includes the Acumine Collision Avoidance Safety System (ACASS), Productivity tools for Fleet monitoring, HaulCheckTM, OreCheckTM, a range measurement tool for use in ore passes and Millimetre Wave Radar (MMWR) technology for safety and automation.
These solutions are based on leading-edge research conducted over several years by ACFR researchers. The state-of-the-art radar and laser-based technologies were developed in consultation with the mining industry, through CRCMining's strong industry liaison network.
